Bookviaus UK — Booking, Payment & Cancellation Policy
Please take a moment to read the following policies carefully. By making a booking with Bookviaus UK, you agree to the terms set out below.
Payment Policy
• Clients must pay a minimum of £100 per person of the total land package cost as an advance deposit, by bank transfer or credit card.
• A further 25% of the package cost must be paid no later than 30 days before the travel date (bank transfer only).
• The remaining package cost must be paid no later than 25 days before the travel date.
• Payment terms may vary depending on the client's travel dates.
• In the event of non-payment of either the advance or the remaining balance, Bookviaus UK reserves the full right to withhold or suspend any further services.
Booking Policy
• After receiving the advance payment, our sales executive will contact you via your registered contact number or email — only then is your booking considered confirmed.
• All hotels are subject to availability. If your chosen hotel is unavailable, we will offer an alternative property of a similar category.
• If payment is not made within the stated timeframe, we cannot be held responsible for confirming the booking, and reserve the right to cancel with no refund.
• For international destinations, Bookviaus UK accepts no liability for any visa rejection. In such cases the land package amount is non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy
• 30 days or more before departure: 25% cancellation fee (75% refunded).
• 15–30 days before: 50% fee (50% refunded).
• 0–15 days before: 100% fee (no refund).
• For unforeseen circumstances (adverse weather, government restrictions, epidemics such as COVID-19, or natural disasters), we will do our utmost to arrange a suitable alternative or the next available dates. However, no refund will be provided in these circumstances.
